Browse all Wagner Precision instruments engineered for zirconia and lithium disilicate restorations — from green-state blank preparation through sintered finishing and final high-gloss polishing.

Zirconia and lithium disilicate have become the dominant restorative ceramics in both clinical
and laboratory settings. Their exceptional strength, biocompatibility, and esthetic potential
make them the materials of choice for single units, bridges, and implant restorations — but
their hardness demands instruments engineered specifically for the task.
Available in green (pre-sintered) and fully sintered states. Green state zirconia is
porous and workable; fully sintered zirconia reaches ~1,200 HV hardness and requires
diamond instruments to shape and finish effectively.
Available in a machinable intermediate crystalline state (IPS e.max CAD, blue block) and
fully crystallized state. Both require careful instrument selection to avoid sub-surface
cracking, which is not visible until the restoration fails clinically.
Every Wagner Precision instrument compatible with zirconia and lithium disilicate,
organized by application stage.
