Orders placed through this Site or by telephone are subject to acceptance by Wagner Precision.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited
to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about the
legitimacy of the order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm pricing at the time of order.
Sales tax will be applied as required by applicable law. Shipping charges are calculated
at time of order.
Wagner Precision sells to dental professionals, dental laboratories, and dental supply
distributors. We reserve the right to require proof of professional credentials before
processing an order.
Wagner Precision offers a 3-month personal preference guarantee on all
instruments. If you are not satisfied with any Wagner Precision instrument for any reason
within three (3) months of purchase, you may return unused instruments for a full refund
of the purchase price.
To initiate a return under the guarantee, contact Wagner Precision by phone or email
(contact information below). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless
the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.
Instruments must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund under the
personal preference guarantee. Instruments that show evidence of use are not eligible for
return under this guarantee but may be eligible for exchange or credit at our discretion.
The personal preference guarantee does not affect any warranty rights you may have under
applicable law.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and
instrument designs, is the property of Wagner Precision or its content suppliers and is
protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display,
or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without the express prior written consent of

In no event shall Wagner Precision’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the
amount you paid to Wagner Precision in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located
in New Jersey.
