Wagner Precision SRS-100 Stain Removal System

Restore Ceramic Polish Without Re-Firing

Surface staining on ceramic restorations is a common clinical problem, particularly on
feldspathic porcelain and older ceramic crowns that have lost their surface glaze over
time. Traditional remediation requires removal, re-firing with a fresh glaze layer, and
re-delivery — adding time, cost, and patient inconvenience. The SRS-100 provides a
chairside and laboratory alternative: a controlled abrasive system that removes surface
staining and restores a high-gloss surface finish without furnace access.

  • Removes surface staining from ceramic crowns and veneers
  • Restores polish without re-firing — chairside and lab compatible
  • Used intraorally and on the bench
  • Kit includes multiple tips and polishing compound
  • Safe for all ceramic types including feldspathic, leucite-reinforced, and layered
  • Reduces re-make rate and patient chair appointments

When to Use the SRS-100

The SRS-100 system is indicated in both chairside and laboratory scenarios where ceramic
surface quality needs to be restored without a full re-make or re-firing cycle.

Chairside Stain Removal

Remove extrinsic staining from in-situ ceramic crowns and veneers during recall
appointments. Restore surface quality without removing the restoration.

Post-Adjustment Refinement

After chairside occlusal or contact adjustment, restore the polished surface to the
adjusted area without sending the case back to the laboratory.

Laboratory Surface Restoration

Restore surface quality on returned cases or repaired restorations without access
to a glazing furnace. Ideal for after-hours or urgent case scenarios.

Implant Crown Maintenance

Ceramic implant crowns that show surface wear or staining can be refinished in situ,
extending the clinical lifespan of the restoration.
